Nice camp sites with lots of shade trees and space between camp sites. The pool was clean and felt great after a long day on the road. As this is a Monday night stay over I can say it has been very quiet. From looking around this camp ground it looks like it would get very busy on the weekends.
We stayed here on a Friday night when we were passing through on I-94. This seems to be the place the locals camp on the weekends and I can see why. Nice saltwater pool, shaded playground, mini golf, food trucks, and more. Sites have water and electric and there is a dump station on-site. Lots of shade and friendly, family-oriented atmosphere.
Level sites, some shaded, easy in and out, nice office staff. However, if you have pets there is a problem with roaming cats, people leaving scraps of food on grounds, and mosquitoes are abundant in all grassy areas...deet is a must! Wifi very weak and i was told there were local tv channels... but we couldn't get them. Ok for stop over, but not for multi-day unless you just want to stay in your unit or car.
We stayed here with a large group for a baseball tournament. Check in was fast and we saved with our Good Sam membership. We had full hookups and a pull through site. The grounds are not "scenic" but fine for the area. The kids loved the pool. I think this would be a great 1 maybe 2 day park
This campground is a real gem. Quiet country setting, yet convenient to I-94 and services in Clearwater. Large grassy sites, most with mature shade. Level, dirt pads. Great for a stopover or longer stay. With Good Sam discount, we paid $44.25 for pull thru with FHU and 50 amp.
Great place to relax for the weekend and unwind. Plenty of amenities and things for the kids to do. Parents, not too far for a little afternoon shopping at the outlet malls. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
We stayed here with a 45' 5th wheel and had no problem getting in and out. Nice big spots, most are pull thru. Made my reservation on line and had no problem. Nice people in office, didn't check out the bathroom or laundry room.
