Convenient, quiet location a bit away from US 1 and short drive or bus to beaches, Wells, Kennebunk, Ogunquit and more. Trolley bus stop is at the park entrance. Many seasonal RVs with whimsical, fun decorations. Friendly and helpful couple and staff.

Gorgeous campground, lots of various sites to choose from, SUPER friendly staff, gave us loads of info about the local areas and trolleys, and everything is so pretty and well kept!

Got refused admission because we have dogs. Several nearby campgrounds have the same policy.

Nice level pad for parking. Room for my full wall slide. Most Maine cg's have seasonal campers in them. Site was raked clean. Not found at many cg's. Stayed in a 25 ft motorhome. Friendly host. Good advice of the area. Ate at Fisherman's Catch.

Decent place at best. Lots of permanent/long term residents. Bathhouses in serious need of updating. Shower barely a metal pipe coming out the wall with shower head on it, and literally have to lean against the wall to get under the water. One shower/2 toilets per gender in each bathhouse for total of 6 per in entire campground. Lot was level, easy pull thru. Escorted to the lot by owner and then she stood there watching us hook up. Bit much if you ask me. Overbearing. Trolley came to front entrance. Trolley service is great if traveling with kids. Under 18 ride free. Would recommend bringing a stack of ones for connecting trolleys as they don't give change. We plan to return to the area but will opt to stay just a bit further south in York, me for more of a beach atmosphere and other amenities. Stadig required 1.5 mile trolley ride to get to any water for the kids to enjoy. Stayed in a 32' class c motor home.

| Loved the place

We stayed in Aug 2017 and found the park and the owners were great. We do NOT have pets so loved their dog free policy. For once we did not have a site soaked with dog pee nor have constant barking from animals left unattended in motorhomes whilst their owners sightsee. The park is well located to both Kennebunkport and Wells so there is plenty to see and do. The shuttle to both towns stops right at the campground entrance so no need to battle the parking. Everyone at the park was really friendly and the office staff go out of their way to get you what you need. We would highly recommend this campground and will certainly return.

My son and I stayed there for one night and I wish we had stayed longer. What a great place. They were so nice and accommodating. The grounds are immaculate and so well maintained. You can see that they take pride in the beauty of their campground. Other campgrounds would pack more campers into the space to make more $, but they give plenty of room. We weren t there long enough to take advantage of the trolleys that stop out front and take you to the beaches.
