OK sites-easy pull-thru, not particularly level given it's flat Florida, a few skimpy trees. Fair selection of cable channels but no HD. Wifi very limited-slow and drops connection if you use more than email and a basic website. Forget Facebook or filling in an online form to, say, register a SunPass unit. A lot of permanent residents with tacky yards or lonely worn units sitting empty. They have open washrooms farther back, and in-transit visitors have washrooms/showers at the back of the office. There is a combination lock on the entry doors, but once inside you find there are no doors on the men's and women's shower rooms. They've been removed. The two showers are open to each other. It's Bates Motel for RVers.

So gross. Looks straight out of the 60s. Dog run is next to the noisy highway. Activity Room STINKS! It literally smells so bad you can't stay in it. If this place was ever nice, the seasonal trashy trailer people have ruined it. most rigs look like they have been parked for years. Nearby strip mall filled with trashy stores and dangerous looking people

I don't understand the other reviews. We stayed here one night. The place is clean and convenient with several shops and restaurants within a short walk next door. All the rv lots we saw were pull threw and level. The wifi was spotty but they were at capacity. Would stay here again. It's actually one of the nicest KOAs we've stayed at.

Nice campground

This is a nice park. I came in late and Chris was here to take me to my pull through site. He also helped me hook up. I totally wasn't expecting this but I thought it was wonderful. The bath house was clean and there was doors on the shower. They have on-site laundry, the beautiful pool, and other amenities. I'm only here for one night but this would be a great place to stay.

Safe, clean overnite spot

Stayed 1 night on way back to Clearwater, FL. Staff were friendly and professional. All sites are pull-thru and either grass with concrete pad or black-top. Whole campground was clean and well maintained. Access via gate to shopping plaza with groceries and dining next door. Pool area and playground were immaculate.
Only minus was the WiFi that while available at every site had such a slow speed could barely download a page. Other than that a great campground.

We had a great spot. Friendly staff and neighbors. We enjoyed waking to the wing place next door for really good wings. Our dogs enjoyed the small dog park and the walking area. Pool was clean and the bathhouse was nice.

Great sites. Lovely trees. Plenty of space between neighbors. Nice pool. Very well organized. Nice area for dogs. Playground and activities for the kids. Bonus is a strip mall with entrance from the park. Groceries, clothes, a couple of restaurants.
