This park just opened 4th of July 2017. All sites have electric, water and sewer. Gravel sites with grass, nice and level. Bathrooms are great and disable friendly. Quiet & lovely spot on the river. Close to Grand Rapids. Family run & friendly manager. No wifi yet but they say it's coming.

Really nice, reasonably priced full hookup park situated on a lovely river. Some lots are shaded and some are full sun. Lots on the river cost a little more, but the view is worth it especially during busy season. New clean showers and restrooms. New swimming pool overlooking the river. Very friendly and helpful management. Not notch

This is an excellent location on the Grand River with well-placed sites, good electric, water and sewer connections. First impression was the office - a boathouse on the river! The campground owners also run the "Grand Lady" paddle boat which docks attached to the office. The bathrooms are large, clean, and accessible. The pool was basic but busy and had a great location right by the river. Large trees provide good shade for some sites. The WiFi, while present, is apparently a Verizon Hotspot and had hit its data limit before we got there. Bandwidth was minimal but present. Verizon was the strongest of our carriers but T-mobile and Sprint were usable. Why only four stars? They charge $5 per person for visitors. We have family in town and wanted them to come to our place for a cookout and see our new camper.

First the good. It's right on the river, secluded, peaceful, and friendly staff. Pool was clean. We didn't use their facilities so don't know they're condition. Good water pressure and 50amp worked fine. The roads in the campground are very narrow and are a thin layer of asphalt. I don't think they'll last long under the weight of the bigger 5th wheel's and Class A's The sites are a little small. Our 42ft 5th wheel just barely fit on the riverfront site. Now the bad. If your looking for a lot of amenities or things to do this isn't the place. It was right for us however. Peaceful, no road or rail nearby, heck even the river flows quietly by. I also would tell large class A's and those using HDT's as tow vehicles to look elsewhere unless you're very confident in your driving skills. Even with those things being said this place is for us and will stay again. .

Lovely park. Almost all open sites. We stayed in one of the shaded sites. Owners are working hard to add sites and make the camp better. Saw the owner at 7 am and still working at 8 pm. Electrical set up was amazing. Playground put in while we there. Places i could run the dogs. Really nice camp with new camping areas being added

This campground is very new, owned July 4, 2017 and they have a ways to go. First the good! Great water pressure, city water, nice river boat ride leaving from the campground, good price ride and food in board, new bath house, beans new tiny little playground, nice pool. Now, the reason I won't go back is the grass was all weeds and dirt with ant hills everything, on spot 66, the road isn't finished so it's dirt road. During out and reading meant yay flying around Webber someone drive by. The area is so secluded they're is nothing close and current construction makes coming and going get frustrating. (Garmin GPS will leave you wrong, just ask someone). The sewer smells, no wifi or cable. If you like "glamping" you won't like it here, if you're ok with a little rustic then you'll love this place. Lots of trees and Forest, very quiet, great view of the Grand River .

After reading the reviews I was a little concerned about staying here. We were pleasantly surprised. The sites were large and gravel. With a view of the Grand River. Very nice pool. The bath house is a new type prefab construction. Very nice and clean. The lady in the office was very nice but not terribly helpful. We would stay here again

Loved our time at Steamboat Park, a newer site which is well run and offers a great view of the Grand River. Close to Grand Rapids and everything you'd need. Level gravel sites which are spacious.
