Due to reviews elsewhere we checked out their bathrooms on 9.18.15 before checking in. The men's room off their check in area had dirt and grass all over the floor and needed a good cleaning, as other reviews had said. The place was also jam packed like a bunch of sardines in a can. We chose another nearby rv park and had a nice stay in the area!
Has all the typical KOA things, cabins, tent sites etc. sites were level gravel with concrete patios. Roads were hard, non-dusty. Facilities were recently updated and very clean. Located close to downtown SB. Have stayed here before and will continue to stay here when visiting family. It's convenient to everything in the area. Also has FREE shuttle to downtown SB all day. That's a real plus.
$61/night full hook ups, pool is open from 10-5.
Rule Happy got a Rule for everything I been here less and A day they have got on my kid 3 times one for riding there Bikes and playing basketball and my son was riding a tag Legal Moter cycle . Strict rule about check in is 2:00 Don't expect to check in early 15:00 charge and they will Not let you pick your sight even though they don't give you One when your reservation I can't wait to see what else We get in trouble over for the rest of our stay
Only 1 bathhouse open during remodel, so ladies and men had to share alternate hours. Campground must have poor drainage since at one point the campground was underwater due to snow melt. Only place open in town, was happy to at least get a 30Amp site. I bet its beautiful in the summer with the river flowing behind it.
Should have been five stars except for the horrible condition of the public bathrooms.
