| Brand New Park

I give this Park 3 stars because they just opened and are still in Phase 1. We stayed in site #60 for a 4 day weekend in a 42' fifth wheel. Gravel pull through with plenty of room for our 5 slides. Hospitality is five stars they really are attentive to their guests. They have a lake to fish in and we loved having a golf course next door.

Nice sites. Great place for nightly, weekly stays or longer. Quite, peaceful with a pond for fishing & golf course next door. Our second visit & will be back.

I stayed there for a couple of months with no issues. The management and owners are great people and look out for their guests. Always kept clean, and an added perk was the nice bath house and laundry facility.

| New but nice.

We are staying here for the first time. Park is new and and owners are completing phase 1 and preparing to start phase 2. A quiet, safe place with pretty views of a lake, golf coarse, and well maintained lawn and woods. We will be back!!

| Great place, sweet owners!

safe, clean, open areas for kids or dogs to run and its just so very clean and welcoming. Comfortable sitting areas, clean bathrooms, warm gracious folks run this place.... my stay was great! Very inexpensive!

Friendly place to stay. Prices are fair and reasonable. This is a new park so they are still adding in amenities but still a great place to stay.

We have family nearby and luckily found this gem. Close to the interstate but no noise. Sites are huge. We have a 42' fifth wheel with 5 slides. Lots of acreage to walk your dog, beautiful pond with ducks (and fish) and a 9-hole golf course next door. The owners really take care of this new park. It is well manicured and you can see their vision. Next year they are putting in a pool. The hospitality is fantastic. We are Full-Timers and will definitely be back.

Relatively level crushed rock sites most of which are pull throughs. Electric pedestals in rear, but so was the water outlet. Sewer line also near rear of site thus making it a long reach for our 5th. No cable, but good WiFi. Accessibility from I-30 is biggest negative when approaching from the east due to weird intersections and on-off ramps.

We stayed here for two nights, arriving Christmas afternoon. The office was closed, but we were told that our reservation and added information would be in a bag on the front porch. Our site was an easy pull-through near the new and nicely maintained rest rooms. We couldn’t hear any noise from the interstate. This is definitely a good place to stop.

Well maintained park. The owner is very nice. Great location, easy on and off the expressway. Will stay here again.

Agree, it's a parking lot without shade, but it's neat, well run, on pretty grounds, and the cleanest bathroom I had seen in a month.

Sites are wide, made of gravel. Easy pull throughs. Very nice showers/bathrooms. No picnic tables was my only negative. Easy on/off I-30.

Very friendly staff and well maintained facilities. Suggest that you study the layout of the park, using satellite view on either Google Earth or MapQuest. We were driving south from Arkansas. Navigating from the interstate to the campground was rather tricky. Recommend you use these coordinates instead of address on GPS N 33 07.681 W 095 59.599 Our Garmin took us through the off ramp maze with no problems at all.

GOOD PLACE TO STAY Nice clean spot near I30. Road noise is not bad. Large sites. Gravel but fairly level. The water hookup was too far back for us to use without an extension hose. No trees around the campground but wooded around the perimeter. Pretty area, nice fields and pond. You can hear coyotes talking throughout the night from the woods but I thought that was a pretty cool experience. We stayed one night in a 34 motor coach and would stay here again.

They claim to have WIFI but they really don't. They have security cameras which I appreciate but they use them to watch your every move. It's disturbing and uninviting. The entire lot is gravel and it is very muddy, we nearly got our rig stuck in the mud.

A little difficult to get to if your not familiar with the frontage road system in Texas but a nice park when you get here. Extremely friendly owners and very clean facilities. Still being developed but they are certainly doing everything correctly.
