Nice park with all the essentials. We had 3G cell coverage with Verizon throughout the park. The spots are relatively flat and had 30 & 50 amp hookups, city water and sewer. Bathrooms were clean and had showers. We didn t use the laundry but it looked like it would have been adequate. There is an outdoor picnic area with charcoal grills and tables. They had free WiFi but it was slower than our 3G connection. Highlights of the park are it s proximity to the the National Park and the market next door, Cottonwoods, which has an incredible variety of food and items. Like a grocery store and Walmart all in one. It was so nice to be able to walk over there and grab whatever you need.
Very friendly and helpful owner. We paid $25 for electric only but there is a sanitary dump. All gravel and packed in tight. Our spot was sort of level but we made it work. The bath and showers are A+. Hot plenty of water a day clean. Verizon is 2-4 bars of 3G and the little store across the street is amazing. This is a great place to stock up and shower up heading into or out of the park with a rustic charm all it's own
