Pros. Level, near the water, near the town within walking distance, good Verizon, good satellite, kayak launch, full hookup 50amp Cons. It's a gravel lot and it floods when it rains, no sugar sand beach, only a few on the water, very clicky with lots of drinking, expensive for what you get 40 motor home
Great park...club house... fishing pier...great place to spend the winter with a fun group of people..
This is the only RV parks that charges steep winter snow bird rates in the middle of June. They consider June to be winter. Wanted over $100 per night when everybody else around them was charging half that. ?????
