We had spent the day exploring Yosemite in our 36' Motorhome. Hiking and driving most of the day up and down the hills of Yosemite. After descending 5000 feet in our RV we were ready for a break and desperate for a campsite as all of the sites were sold out inside the park! This was the first CG we came across and decided to take a chance. We drove our big rig through the very narrow road and were chased down and greeted by Gina ( the amazing camp host) in her golf cart! This CG is really not accommodating for big rigs due to the narrow and curvy road and limited big sites. Gina saw the distressed look in our eyes and said "Follow me". She showed us to the 1 and only site that could hold our Giant RV! We were so thankful for her assistance. After a nice chat with Gina and getting settled in, we decided to stay 2 nights: Pro's Gina - the camp site host! She is so nice and helpful! Easy to talk to. You will feel like you are visiting and old friend! Clean grounds! While we did not use the bathroom facilities I guarantee you they were clean as I saw Gina attending to them several times a day! Creeks/Streams and Fish The creek/stream runs behind some camp site. Several people fishing and caught fish. Hiking: We adventured out for a hike and were pleased with the scenery. Flowers, streams and waterfalls. We saw several monster crawdads in the creeks! Fire wood for sale! Gina will actually deliver to your site! What service! Other: No shower facility. Bathrooms only. No dump station Good for tent camping and small travel trailer. Unless you luck out and score one of the very limited large sites. We loved our short stay!
