Reviews for Sun & Fun RV Park

| Loud train

Loud Train passing all night. Tight back in spots with no room to park your tow vehicle. The park is clean, but bring ear plugs if you want to sleep.

We called ahead to reserve one of the very few pull-thru's so we could leave the toad attached for a quick morning getaway. Upon seeing the site, I realized that the layout of the park would prohibit me from getting into the site with the car attached. Additionally, the space turned out to be too short to reattach the car to our 37' coach once in the site. This is not an acceptable overnight stop for us. It would be ok for a multi-day stop. The largest back-ins have 38' pads, with room at most to have the back of the rig over the grass median, if that's permitted. Train & 18 wheeler noise were quite pronounced during the late afternoon, but subsided at night. We overlooked that the park participates in Passport America.

Nice place but the price for one night is $45

| Great Park

Small park. Well maintained with great staff. You can hear the trains at all hours. But that is going to be the case anywhere in this area. Well worth the Passport America price. We will stay here again whenever we are in the area.

| Nice but pricey.

Nice, clean park. $45/night is a bit pricey for the location. Sites were flat and level. Roomy showers. Located next to Union Pacific tracks (and road crossing) made for a bit of unwanted noise. Also, typical central valley livestock odor in abundance.

We arrived after hours and were able to pick our own site. Sites are tight back ins. Cockroach infested, stray cats everywhere, black widow spiders, not to mention the overwhelming smell of sewer. Convenient off interstate, manager polite.

| Uncomfortable Park

Expensive for the price. Tight quarters to back into assigned site with lots of obstacles: narrow streets, shrubs, awnings & barbecues. Transient RV'ers mixed in with permanent residents.

Park is very noisy - trains and highway. Cable didn’t work and sites were small. Would not stay there again

Clean, well maintained, well lit, new management was nice. Nice restroom/shower, laundry room, rec room. It is close to the freeway and train, but we slept fine. Good deal with Passport America discount.

| Clean but..

The bathrooms/showers were clean. They have cable. WiFi is slow and kept disconnecting. Have a pool, it's not heated. Have a hot tub, it's broken. Train yes, road noise not so much.

This was a nice spot for a few days. I "reserved" a site through email, but upon arrival my spot had not been reserved. Best to call, thankfully they had plenty of space and we were able to stay. It is a nice quiet park, there are trains that run throughout the day with their horns blowing, but it didn't bother us. The laundry was great, the restrooms were clean, the kids had fun in the pool although not always the cleanest. Our spot (#3) was level and provided some shade, most sites did not have shade. There are a few pull-thru sites with the rest being back in. The sites are fairly close together with full hookups and very good free wifi. With Verizon and AT&T service as well. We would stay here again.
