Was having a hard time finding a spot. Owners had a spot for the night. Later he came and said we could stay longer if we wanted. They have activities every day in the club house. A nice laundry that won't break the bank, and clean restrooms. The spots are small, but this is Florida. Most have cable. They accept good sam. The streets are wide and easy to move around. Nice pool, and super nice people.

Chester sold the park to a person that doubled the rates all the seasonal people said they would not be back. He told a 99 year old lady if she didn't have a check in the mail today he would lock her cabin. The guy is a jerk and people are moving out as fast as they can. I won't give the new owner a half star.
