Convenient location, large pull through sites available

Full hook-ups, pull through sites that were long enough that we didn’t have to un-hook our tow vehicle. Free wifi, cable is included also. Clean clubhouse, putting green, two bathrooms with private showers and laundry facilities. The park is conveniently located to the I-15 with easy access to the Smith’s Food King shopping center (super-market, gas, Domino’s Pizza and other retailers). Sites are very level and basic, with gravel, very little landscaping…newly planted trees (Palms & Pines?!) between sites. Friendly staff. Great place to stop as you are going through NV. I paid $43 with taxes, they do give a Good Sam discount that takes off about $4.

Great little park

Small park but well laid out with all sites easy to get in and out of. Many pull thru sites for even the biggest rigs out there. Nicely landscaped. Most sites are completely level. Wifi is great even at the back of the park (how unusual is that?!?!). Washers and dryers on site, along with clean showers. No pool or really any other amenities. Staff members have been super nice. Easy to get to off/on the interstate, just follow the signs. Feel very safe here & quiet. Doesn't appear to be many long term residents. Nice grocery store next to the park. We paid approx $30/night with Good Sam's for a back in spot since we're here for about a week. Would definitely stay here again if coming through the area.

The website for this park is deceiving. They list rates but then change prices on which spot you occupy. Also they list 40.00 electic allowance for monthly customers. We were only given 20.00 with an excuse that prices changed even though they are published on website. The Internet is terrible. Works great if 10 to 15 units in park but don't try to log on if park is full. If it rains Internet goes out. Always excuses that things will be fixed but it never happens.

Too much money for what you get. The owners got more money than what he knows what to do with. There's never any competition in Mesquite. It's always about the almighty dollar

Nice place to stay!

Nice large pull-thru sites allowed us to leave our toad attached. Wide sites w/ lighting & full hook up. WiFi signal was a little better than the past few parks we've been in. Friendly staff. Convienent location. Only a few blocks from the interstate & Casino's. Fairly quiet.

Nice park but very pricey for what you get. The paperwork for a site is unreal. Convenient to Interstate.

Dumped tanks here

We were passing through Mesquite today and dumped tanks and refilled fresh water for $10. Don’t know if I’d recommend spending the night at their price, but it was nice to dump tanks and stretch your legs a minute. No propane, but Eureka Casino across the road has propane fill up.

Nice place, pretty level sites on the pull thrus. Quiet. Only complaint would be, the dog run area is gravel. Needs grass areas for pets.

Very nice park! Gravel pull thru sights long enough for our truck and 35 foot trailer. Office was very helpful and friendly. Grocery store and Starbucks right next door. Gas station also. Looks like the trees are newly planted so not a lot of shade but when the trees mature there will plenty. We will stop here again on our travels. Price is awesome. Cable and full hookup.

New park, a few wrinkles to iron out

Clean, spacious sites but no shade. The dog park is a tiny hot, gravel pen that hurts the dogs feet. People in office are very nice and helpful. I m mystified as to why they did not make dog area larger as the space is there. Otherwise, it s a great overnight stay.

One night passing thru. Very friendly staff and very helpful when we had a mechanic. Good folks and we will be back.
