This place is ok for a nights stay but there is an extra charge for using a/c and electric heater
Traveling through this late in the season and finding somewhere open is a blessing - especially with nighttime temps in the lower 20's! We were welcomed after dark, hooked up to electric, and had a warm night's sleep! BTW: They are open year round!! John & Paula, Colorado <><
This was the first place we came to after leaving Dayton. It was 60 miles south on H35. $25 base fee plus a few more dollars each for water, sewer and AC. You pay for whst you want. Nice clean friendly place.
Norma welcomed us after we left another local campground due to the site not accommodating our camper. The park is well kept and clean. She doesn’t take plastic, so just plan ahead!
Full hook up, pull through site with 50 amp service was $45 per night reduced to $40.50 with good sam discount (no extra charge for utilities). We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.
Stopped in for the night while driving up 35. Nice clean and well maintained park. Quiet and friendly. We had a pull through with a nice view of the lake. Easy enough to access from the highway. Had a great dinner downtown at a local BBQ/smokehouse joint. Nice area!
