Nice little clean park right off the main drag in town. I was given a FHU back-in for my 42' 5th wheel (20). Had plenty of room to get it into the spot and was able to un hook and park truck with no problem. The site ran a little down hill so my jacks were out a bit on the right side of the RV. The showers & laundry were clean and up to date. The wi-fi worked well along with the cable TV. They will let you wash your RV here for a small fee. The park is only 8 miles from Mesa Verde NP and that is well worth the trip. Take a tour while your there. Would stay in this park again

Clean park, friendly staff. Spaces easy to enter and exit. Bathrooms centrally located and nice. Walking distance to grocery store. Located on main highway through town, but not too noisy or hard to access.

| Good Location

This park is very clean and orderly. Nice laundry facility and immaculate restrooms. Their wifi worked better than our Verizon Jetpack. Good location to get provisions after several days of dry camping, and it's close to Mesa Verde.

Sorry! I reviewed the wrong park below... no muffins at this location!! But we were very pleased! They left the open sites on the door so we could arrive late after a whole day of driving. The staff was super friendly and the sites had grass and trees.

Nice looking park. A little tough pulling on because of sharp right turn, but well worth it. Nice pull thru, and great wifi.

| Good urban park

By user-5515726... on 2017-10-23. Stayed 2015-09-26 to 2015-10-03

The park is very clean and spaces are pretty spacious. The laundry/bath house is one of the cleanest I've seen! We didn't have any problem with the WiFi internet and the speed was pretty good. The only downside is that the park is off the main road (Hwy 160) and depending on your location, you may hear road noise. We particularly noticed that there seems to be some kids that like to race their loud cars around town... particularly on Friday and Saturday nights.

Park is clean, neat and spacious. Employees are friendly and helpful. Stayed 7 days pulling 40 foot fifth wheel. Plenty of room in pull thru. All hookups good.

| Muffins and coffee...yum!

By user-6286066... on 2017-10-23. Stayed 2017-09-11 to 2017-09-12

We pulled in late and left in the morning. Who can complain about a place that has a sweet owner and free muffins and coffee in the am?? We were headed to the painted desert and petrified forest which was about 10 min away. (Loved that national park!!) All gravel sites and not much grass or scenery but it was a nice stay with friendly people !!

| Nice, quiet park

Clean, organized, plenty of room, trees, and the WIFI worked great. Seems to be very popular. They recommend a water pressure regulator, which we always use anyway. I would come back.

As most say this is a good location, we wanted to see Mesa Verde NP whose campgrounds were closed for the season. This is about 10 miles from the park entrance. The sites are gravel, which they rake after each visit. Overall the facilities were very neat and very clean with private shower stalls. In addition to Mesa Verde visit the Anasazi Heritage Center (Operated by the BLM, $3 free with annual pass) near Delores, CO. There is a cafe at the northwest corner of the park. In addition to great breakfasts, Wednesday evening is Navajo Taco night. If you have a good appetite get the large ($9), very tasty.

Immaculate bath house and laundry. In the center of town , the large trees block noise. Large sites and friendly staff.

Nice Park Made a reservation October 2017 for arriving August 7th 2018 to stay a week... specifying a pull through. UPON paying my deposit,The email confirmation gave site 35 a pull through. Upon arrival, after driving most of the day... I was told NO PULL AVALIABLE for the week....only a back-in...I showed the Confirmation email for site 35 which was NOT OCCUPIED ,as noted while passing on to the Back In....one would think that a 10 month in advance reservation....management would be better organized. .....and offered explanation or apologies.

We just left the park after a one night stay. The management was very friendly and helpful, the park was clean and quiet, the campers were also friendly. Easy in and easy out. If ever we come to Cortez again we will stay there.

Beautiful, quiet and well maintained park. The host couple were so kind and made sure to greet us coming in. We will definitely stay again.

| Great park

By user-unknown on 2019-08-09.

Great hosts, easy in and out, nice showers and laundry, well maintained. Close to shopping and lots of dining. Stayed three nights and used as a base camp to explore the NP and monuments. The WiFi could use some work though. Mornings were ok but evenings I ended up using the hotspot on my phone.

| The best RV stop in Cortez, CO

By user-unknown on 2019-08-09.

This is by far the best base camp in the area. We spent four days here, two reserved and two additional days, because this is an excellent base camp for all things in south western Colorado. Mesa Verde is next door, Telluride is close and Four Corners also! Camp hosts Gaele and Jerry were so helpful. Great stop!!!

Great spot right in town, but with easy ingress and egress. only minutes from Mesa Verde, Anasazi center, sleeping Ute, etc. Many big spaces, good utilities. Some shady spots. Some noise during the day from thr neighboring rental center but quiet at night.

We knew this park had good reviews but we were pleasantly surprised when we got here. There are a lot of mature trees. The park is well maintained. Streets are asphalt, sites are level rock. Restrooms, showers and laundry are neat and clean and all of the staff are great. We really like it here and are thinking of coming back later for a longer stay

Level gravel pull thru or back in sites. In town but clean, quiet and well lit at night. Close to groceries, gas/diesel/restaurants. 10 miles to Mesa Verde National Park entrance which is amazing, plan to spend several hours there.
