Best part about this park are the service people who are gracious and helpful but they don't have much to work with. Mostly full timers live here with few short stay guests. Very tight spaces, amenities are add on fees. We paid nearly $70/night for a tacky park. Nice laundromat. Dog run is on freeway side which spooked my dogs.
Old, tacky and unkept. Mostly full timers with really old RVs. Visitors are on the outside loop, no shade and poor hook ups.
