Very nice and very clean. Beautiful property. Nicely maintained. I have 3 dogs. Rules allow only 2. They said I could stay there but had to walk only 2 dogs at a time. What a pain
Beautiful campground, quite and nice. People were friendly. More suited for couples without children.
Very nice and clean!
This is more of a neighborhood than a campground. Some people own their sites and it is run like a HOA. How won't find drunk guys in golf karts doing high speed laps and hollaring at midnight here. Probably more wine glasses than beer cans. We enjoyed the friendly people, clean and manicured grounds, fishing in the pond, and convenience store within walking distance. The South Haven area is fantastic for a weekend trip. Sunny Brook is a safe bet for a good time. My pond-front site was $58/night. You must have a Class A to get pond-front.
Best park we have ever stayed at. Just look at the pictures.
$72 is too high priced for what you get I can stay at Disney world For $75 and have a lot more fun
Nice park, too pricey for no cable. stupid check in policies. B is on a power trip sence her brother in law owns the joint .
Nice resort which has really grown since we were last here. It has a lot of positives. Big negative issue, no cable TV. We could barely get any digital over the air TV channels and it would cut in and out the entire weekend. Tried every direction on our digital antennae. For the cost of staying here ($75/night) they need to address this issue. I understand that Owners have to get xfinity cable in order to get TV but renters are out if luck unless you have satellite. Other than that, not a bad option.
Stayed n our Class A, 2018, 45ft. No issues, no cable but we have satellite. All utilities worked fine. Pond view is nice. Pool is lovely with shaded tables, loungers. Spa is also a nice touch. Clean. A bit high in price, but we had a coupon from the Tampa RV show for a discount. May not have stayed for $75/nt.
