This is a 55+ gated community. It is quiet and clean! Not much shade but what do you expect for AZ! Not far from town where you can find most anything you need or want. This park has sites to lease or rent! Have family that live here and we visit as often as possible. We will be back!!
A very nice park if you don’t need cell service or WiFi. Verizon Service is so bad it is difficult to get calls in or out. The only WiFi is AireBeam which starts at $39 and doesn’t work; the full time and snowbirds complain about it but are so discouraged they begrudgingly put up with it. It seems to be an ongoing problem for several years. If Verizon would remedy their service here it would be a wonderful park!
