Laundry and shower floors haven't been cleaned in a year if ever. Dogs running free coming after dogs on leashes. This app says cable TV and fires neither of these are available. Everyone in this park is a permanent resident or a weekend warrior that uses the park for a storage yard. Speed on the roads is really fast. Pretty lake view but everything else I would say Walmart parking lot is as good.
