Perfect for what we needed. Safe, power/water/sewer, fast food & restaurant in walking distance, not crowded, only a few other campers. Not luxurious, no frills, but convenient, perfect for stopping for a night.
No water, bugs were terrible. Trash on parking areas Did not stay
