Reviews for Sycamore Ranch RV Park & Campground

| Beautiful and a Great Price!

What a beautiful park and campground! Lots of trees, and a gorgeous river runs along the campground with smaller riverfront sites and a bridge to cross over for a short hike to the adjacent park. Very nice hosts, well-kept grounds and nice bathrooms with generous showers. Plenty of room for big rigs - a couple very long (75+ foot?) pull-through sites and some spacious back-in sites a well. Many nice smaller sites. It was a bit tricky navigating a couple loops with our 32+ foot travel trailer, but we managed. You might want to walk the grounds first (stop when you get to the bathroom) to pick your site and route before driving in. Lots of mosquitos this summer (we were there for a week in June 2017) after an extra-wet winter, but they were manageable as long as we kept spray on (even the natural stuff!). Can't beat $25/night for such a gorgeous setting with electric, water, fire pits, and picnic tables in California!

We will come back...very close and easy drive. Campground is clean and great price. $25 a night with power and water. Spots are nice and not on top of each other.

Was here late 2014 and wasn t impressed.hAPPY to say all areas have been upgraded, much better. Could use better lighting in the entrance.

| Best little get away that's close to home!

This is one of our favorite places to go. It's close to home for us, but yet it feels like we traveled hours to get away from all the hustle and bustle of the city. Very quiet, clean, well kept campground. Highly recommend checking this place out. I almost dont want to post a review because we want to keep this our hidden gem. :-)

We stopped here because it was on the way between Lake Tahoe and Klamath Falls. Arrived just before 5 with no reservations and found a non-functioning kiosk. A phone call got us the site of our choice for $30.00. On the plus side, sites are big and it is quiet. On the negative side, the weeds haven't been mowed in months, the showers/toilets were filthy and in need of repair. The river looked stagnant and dirty; not something to get into on a hot, sweltering day. About 80% of the sites were empty...no surprise. This was our 7th night on a 2 week trip and by far the worse. There is not much I can recommend here except the price...and the peace.
