We planned a week just to visit somewhere different and settle in to our 5th wheel before going full time. The campground is quiet, alongside the creek. Sites were a bit tight for our 42' rig, but doable. We arrived on Tuesday and it is very quiet. Expect it to be much busy on the weekend. Only issue is zero cell service. Since we're living, not vacationing or fishing, that bit of information was a nuisance as I have to work. WiFi is decent at 5M.
Stayed five nights in spot 32, right down by the creek. We had a ton of space and a great view. The spot was quiet and private during the week. Very busy during the weekend meant trucks and people blocked the view, but we still had ample space. Staff was friendly and helpful. Downsides-- very spotty cell service and no wifi by the creek. They list laundry service, but there's only one machine and bathrooms and showers are not well kept (typical for many campgrounds).
We are in site F and our son and family are in the backstage cabin next door. Campground is beautiful. Well stocked office with very friendly staff and they even sell bait. We spent lots of time at the creek playing and fishing. Grandkids, 6 of them, between 10 and 1 has a wonderful time too. We will definitely be back! Love this place.
