I'm sure this is a nice park, but we did not stay there. It was recommended at the Visitor's Center, but we did not realize there are two ways to get there. We took the exit from Hwy 16 which was a steep road with a series of switchbacks and a very narrow arch tunnel. We were pulling a 21' trailer, and we barely made it through. When we arrived at the park we found out that you must have reservations and there's a $20 fee to enter the state park. The good news was that there was another route back to Custer on Hwy 89. Whew!
