Smokers Paradise! They have people living in the bathroom/laundry quarters so everything reeks of cigarette smokes. Tight spaces. Dirty campground. Untethered dogs and people don't clean up after their animals. Has a lot of potential with the right management and a lot of clean up.

We are here for 3 plus months. This park should be a 4 star if River Walk is a 3. It is much better and closer to everything you need.

Wrost dump we have ever stayed in. We arrived on Sat. early afternoon the office was closed. Our elec did not work of course and no one to seek out. This is basically a trailer park with mostly permanent sites. Dirty tight spots. A resident gave us a number to the host and they sent the handy man that changed our location to the last site. Lots of kids live there with no playgrounds. No amenities, but nice shade that made the sites really tight. Dirty level gravel sites. Bathrooms crowded and a three star. Skip this place and stay in a walmart parking lot. The person that gave this a five star is either an idiot or is the owner. People were nice and it is close to many attractions.

| Not for us

Too many full-time residents and only a few for traveling RV'ers. Spaces are cramped and extremely close. When I exit my 5th wheel the next door neighbor's picnic table is no more than two feet away. Large trees make it difficult to park. In fact the resident commented that their nightly entertainment is to watch the people coming in and out who only stay a few days bang up their rigs!!! Not for us!!!

| Very tight

Stayed 2 nights. There was nowhere to walk your dog, very little grass, neighbor extremely close to you. On the plus side, convenient location to stores , restaurants, downtown. Friendly staff, good cable tv(ask for box), level ground but lots of gravel. Would not stay there again because of pet accommodation.

Campsite is nears stores. Friendly staff. Campsites close, but people stay to themselves. Picnic table, water, electric, cable, WiFi, sewer all at site. Nice showers/ laundry. Surrounded by tall trees so you feel further off the road than you really are. Stayed 2 nights. Nice stay.

Nice staff easy on and off the highway. 45 + toad. Back in site was easy to maneuver. Big trees, grassy areas. No designated dog areas. Sites were not very big. Would definitely stay again. Grocery and assorted shopping within a mile.

We were here 3 nights. They put us next to Government Way and it is NOISEY. We're in C2. Nice shade except where we are. Always approach park entrance from the south. No street light and the street is very busy.
