Arrived late, almost 10p, waited on us and greeted with a friendly smile. Left before light, but campground appeared clean and was quiet at night.
This is a very basic, no frills campsite, perfect for an overnight while traveling on I-40. Mostly permanent residents with a number of spots for "visitors". Friendly staff, good HU, WIFI.
After calling three days ahead for reservations upon arrival the site was nowhere near what was discussed. After lengthy conversation I was told "take what we got". No manners nor personality. Guarantee this will be reported to Passport Amercia. I would give it a positive rating
Small quiet, no frills park... We needed a rest, stayed three days with passport America... Wi-Fi was the best... Enjoyed and will return on our travels
We stayed one night. Charged us $27 with our good sam discount. Wifi never worked.
We stayed here 2 times for 4 days total. Just off from I-40. We are member of Passport America so price is right. It is not one of those luxury camp ground but if you were around here looking for a place to stay, this is the place. Be careful, there is a sharp turn to Tanbark on top of the hill and can't see the on coming traffic.
Great little place. No frills, but has everything you need. Passport America honored.
Owner was extremely nice and helpful. Mostly permanent, but a few pull throughs for stop ins. Quiet and easy on and off interstate. Would stay again. We stayed in a 41 foot with a toad.
Good safe stop halfway between Nashville and Memphis. Many spots are taken by long term tenants but our spot was level and easy to access. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rolling hills were beautiful.
