This is a great place to stop and camp very clean great staff has everything you need. But be warned if you stay long term they charge extra for the electricity so get ready to pay the lot rent and the electric bill.

Traveling through just needed one night and this place has great accommodations. Nice park, great stay, easy on and off the high way!

| Trailer Park

Cats running loose, junk piles around the "long term" trailers, multiple vehicles and atv's/motorcycles at many of the sites. My wife was approached by a "long term" resident wanting to buy a cigarette. There is no grass at the sites for the few people who are traveling. The fenced dog areas are very small and full of fecies.

| Expensive but decent

We stayed here for 2 weeks right after purchasing our new 5th wheel from a nearby dealer. The staff is very helpful and friendly. All of the guests we encountered were also very nice. No issues at all other than being a bit pricey. More amenities would be nice...there was a small muddy playground but not much else for our kids to do. The bathhouse is very clean. We would stay here again.

| Very nice

Look around at the other RV Parks and you’ll see hands down this is the best place to stay south of DFW. $600 monthly plus electric. They have everything you need here. Very well kept, not noisy, mostly workers staying here and like it quiet. Swimming pool, cabins, store, bath houses. Pea gravel sites & roads. Nice sites but some are a little close. You’ll like it if you’re not a snob.

| Good for overnight stay

This is a nice park option. Overall, we had a good overnight experience and would return. The location is nice - it is just outside the city and very quiet. They were able to accommodate our big rig, but the sites are a little close and we had to unhook our tow to exit our site. It has a full complement of amenities, except for no hot tub) and is well maintained. There are small trees on each site and plenty of grassy area with tables. The sites are set up so the utilities are shared with the adjacent site and the picnic area is shared on the other side. It seems a little less private in that setup.
