This is a decent Rv park, but they need to treat the place for ticks. My dogs were getting eaten alive!

100 yards from I30 and 50 from railroad tracks. Had to keep the windows shut to keep the noise out! Even though it was a beautiful 50° evening. Cable TV needed a special box to hook up and an extra $3 charge if you wanted real WiFi. Used the shower and was standing in 3" of water before I was done. And for all this it's priced to high, even with my 10% KOA discount.

| Good for an overnight stay

This was an intended stop for just one overnight stay. The sites are fairly small but they are level and solid pebble stone. Full hookups. We opted out if the wifi since we were only there for one night. The swimming pool is small but it was nice enough to cool off from the heat. The showers and bathroom were clean and had AC and there is a laundry room attached to the bathhouse building. The park was a bit noisy after hours since it is located on the frontage road of Interstae 30. We woukd probably stay here again as an overnight layover.

The reviews very deceiving! Not a great part of town. Close to highway. No internet or cable. The cable box requires a wire through a window. False advertising!

Very nice employees but the road noise is terrible.

Nice park. Friendly staff. Can t say too much as we were exhausted after driving over 6 hours. Slept and left.

Noise is bad. Close to dining options. Site was nice. Paved and level.
