It really is a golf course with a rv park next to and some site view.
They will let you use the dump station when not camping there. It is $15 but the closest I could find to my home.
The good - full hookups, 50 amp service, concrete pads, on a golf course, close to stuff. The bad - expensive (more than quoted over the phone), on a busy road w lots of road noise, no personal room (as in state parks, etc), many full timers at the park
Working in area. Didn't golf at all but hear its nice. The pads nearly level and black topped. A lot of residents but nicer newer campers. They sell propane on site. It's a little bit to get to anywhere but both Springdale and Bentonville have anything you need.
