We loved staying here and are looking forward to going back. We had a babbling brook, fire pit, loads of shade trees, an awesome pool, ponds and lots of wildlife. The owners are so nice and accommodating. Thank y I u so much for allowing us to stay. Kim

Found this great little campground off the beaten path. Camped beside a peaceful stream. Listened to the critters chirping . Clean bath house nice pool , two small ponds, a great place to just chill . Sites are first come first served. Some sites even have small decks, all have fire pits. Wish we could stay longer.

| Changed A Lot!

By user-5196910... on 2018-07-06.

Things have changed a lot since two previous reviews. The large area on the right of the map ( spaces 1 -35) are now for permanent residents only also two or three of the remaining sites have permanent residents also the very first site at entrance has someone living in a van (none of this is indicated on their website). Arrived around 3:45 in afternoon in 40 ft motorhome with tow, no sites available, had to ask two people to move cars out of road so I could make turn in circle. After explaining that I could not backup they reluctantly moved. During all of this I noticed someone hooking up and getting ready to leave. I waited and was able to get that spot. Within the next hour two other campers came in and left because of no available sites. Between 5 & 6 PM three campers left from various sites and they remained empty for the night. Lot of traffic came into this area through out the evening(20-25 cars) they would go to back of campground and stay for just a few minutes and leave??? Did not feel comfortable here and morning could not come fast enough. Price was $31 dollars. It's a shame it does not have some on site management because it has the potential to be a fantastic place. The Crosseyed Cricket will not see me again.
