| Very basic
Small motel in front of RV parking lot. We stayed here in June, 2015. Basic hookups. Pratt is home of Miss Kansas pageant, held annually in June. Restaurant next door to office is Rick's Restaurant, closed Mondays. Yes I would stay here again. Good for overnight stopover. One thing...It poured down torrential rain overnight. By morning, no water issues or flooding.
Over night stop over ok. Space was somewhat more than the prices advertised. 35 per night. No grass 90 percent full timers. Spaces not maintained.

This place was great for overnight stay, small place with pull in sites, free wifi, gps took us to wrong place, but the truth is it behind the evergreen motel on HWY 54 west
