| New but still in ptogress
Roads are great. All gravel sites. The sewer hookups & electric are beside each other at the back! Lot of 5th wheels & small pull behinds as residents. Very quiet! Not much grass yet & no trees!
| Disappointed
This is a new RV park (Lake Charles certainly needs one) that has paved interior roads but all sites are gravel with lots of mud. Not a blade of grass or a tree. Really just an extremely overpriced parking lot with utilities. Lots of full time residents with travel trailers and 5th wheels. Restroom / shower in a modular building. Worst part is the price $55 per night. Better to stay at Burton Colisium at $20 per night. Appears to be mainly for monthly stays at $550 per month. Huge disappointment.
