This RV park has many really nice amenities and upon arriving I thought I really found a gem. Clubhouse is very nice, gated park, paved streets and pads, pull throughs, nice staff, swimming pool, small pond, not much street noise and a golf course that you can play. Sounds good. However, many of the cement pads are broken very badly, Gras through out the park is dead, dog park is a mess with only dirt and little grass and around each power pole all there is is dirt. Add a little morning dew or sprinklers that cone on and you have a muddy mess with shoes caked in mud and dirty dog feet. They need some major renovation on all pads and either get some grass growing or put down stone to prevent so much dirt and mud. All in all an average experience but it could have been 5 stars.

A very nice unexpected piece of paradise. Beautiful gardens, ponds and grounds. Highly recommend from an Australian visitor.

Barking Dogs

The rules for dogs on leashes and barking dogs are not enforced. The biggest violator is someone that works there. Then we had someone come in across from us that liked to blast their music. There is nothing to do in the area - very boring. The sites were concrete and level. The WiFi was not to bad. This place is way to expensive for the location. I won't come back.

Quiet, Beautiful park

The park is beautiful with a well landscaped pond in the center. Sites are separated by a well manicured hedge. Our cement site was nice and level and long enough that we didn’t unhook our 5th wheel trailer. We hope to come back when we have time to stay longer.

Fairly level concrete pads. Little grass mostly dirt/mud.
The office personnel was courteous.
This was a break in trip for the new 5th wheel.
The water pressure is almost nonexistent.

Traveling from Florida to California and this was the nicest, well maintained Rv park we have came across.

45 plus toad. Easy in and out. Stayed in number 49. Clean, well maintained, manicured nicely. Small lake and pool. Small shady grassy dog park. Had an issue with broken sprinkler spraying water at bus, couldn t get ahold staff- mailbox was full and no one in office yet. Fixed sprinkler that day. About 2 hours from Yosemite. Would stay again.
