Very tidy, however very expensive to be backed on to every possible highway going into Phoenix. Also, besides the basics, no amenities. Just pretty concrete pads.

Good place for a stopover. People complain about noise from i10 but any traveler know if you pick a park next to i10 there is road noise. It is a clean well kept up park. Different in that you pull into spaces and face forward and back out. There are no amenities, 3 washers, three dryers, which dry very well. It was convenient.

If you pull it look somewhere else If you drive it it needs to be less than 10 years old

Very Very convenient easy access on and off I 10 to the to 202. As it was very hot we needed the 50 amp to run both airconditioners. That drowned out the highway noise. Clean nice bathroom n showers. Will stay again when in Phoenix area to shop and visit friends,family. Loves gas truck stop on the corner. Arbys and a Mcdonalds. The Wild Horse Casino is on the west side of I 10. I think they have a shuttle but we did not use it.
