While some of the available temporary sites lack full hookups (outside of the seasonal sites), we found the camp sites extremely spacious and comfortable. Unlike many RV parks, you'll find privacy, room to breath, and a beautifully nestled setting amongst pine trees just 1 mile from the ocean. We truly enjoyed our stay here and can't wait to return. Great value and friendly service.
The words "WE DO NOT REFUND' should be your first clue. This place has selective photography in their ads. Lots of full-timers and rundown sheds and campers.
