Placed on an upper park site. Worked for two hours to get level - boards, air leveling, etc. no luck. Moved sites (now looking at back of park 5th wheel and side of grouchy neighbor for $110.00 a night...). Still had to re-park as we sunk into ground. In addition, upcapped sewer vent gave really unpleasant smell - pretty easy fix, pretty disgusting without fix. And just to end the visit on a high note, scratched RV on steep, rutted exit out lined with I trimmed trees. Visited in brand new 2017 45' Rig. Expensive and not suitable for large rigs. Do not recommend.
