Park is over rated. Individual sites are very narrow. Badly designed.

No!
By user-6065427... on 2017-10-23.
Recently spent a night here in a 41' DP, pulling a car.
The deluxe pull thru (damn if I know what seluxe is, here) was $44+ and, though advertised as a Good Sam park, there are no discounts.
Most probably, long term residents really like it here because od friendships established.
We decided to stay here just to see if the reviews were justified. Did not expect the huge price tag. We have stayed at luxury parks for less and gotten much more.
If you stay here, remember that if your DP exceeds 40' and you are pulling a toad, you might have to unhook to get out of the park. No, I am not a novice at this, having driven commercial HD wreckers and large motorhomes for many years.
I would not stay here again. Too many other options.

Very nice for the price
By user-6083865... on 2017-10-23.
Stayed here three days. Very friendly and helpful. $28.00 a night for full pull thru, quite reasonable. A little road noise but not bad enough to get a good night's sleep. I would stay here again anytime for the price. 35' DR with car.

Lovely park

Lovely park. Clean and level with cement patio pads. Like most parks in Quartzsite, it was built probably 50 years ago, but the owners have updated with 50 amp and strong wi-fi. Some sites are smaller than others. Definitely not a cookie-cutter design, but very nice with lots of shade trees and big saguaros. When we made our reservation, we were asked about slides so they would make sure we were assigned a site with plenty of room.

We stayed here a week, and found it to be a nice park.the sites are a bit narrow but our 38ft mh had plenty of room.lots of fulltimers, but they were very friendly and helpful. Now for the owner Jeff! Great host, and will do anything he can to accommodate your needs and does give you all the information you need for your stay, and he is funny too,not something you find at some places. We will come back

Good overnight, friendly staff.

Arrived for one night with a Passport America rate. Although I spoke with the proprietor Jeff for the reservation, he did not advise of a 3% upcharge for using a credit card.
Longer stay guests should be aware of this and plan accordingly.
Very narrow sites (we are 39' class A).
Some road noise (spot D3 25 yards from highway).
VFW half a block south on 95. Fueled up with propane at the Pit Stop across the street, $2.10 per gallon (10/23/17).

Only ONE bathroom?

Park wasn't very busy. Can't imagine how busy the one shower/bathroom combo (per gender) would be during the season. Friendly staff and the cement patio was a treat. No tree shade but rigs faced north in pull-through so sun wasn't a problem in March. There's nothing to do in the area if you don't own a side by side or off-road vehicle. Pet friendly. Their club house and cactus garden need some attention. Easy 35 mile drive to nearest grocery/bank and the river in Parker.

Stayed here for 5 days 1/11/19 to 1/15/19 for $165.00 the ground is gravel but its hard packed and level. The WiFi works and was getting a strong signal at side K4. There is water & Propane across the street at The RV Pit Stop & other RV services. The Park is located next to Hwy 95 but it is not too
