| Friendly, small mom 'n pop park
Despite the many rules and limitations at this park, we have enjoyed a cost effective stay in Mesa many times.
| Nice little park
This is a nice little park right in town. We purchased a new RV a stayed here for a week to shake out all the bugs. Many stores, restaurants and RV shops close by. The traffic noise is pretty bad from morning until late evening but it is very quiet at night for sleeping. The owner, Bobby, was very pleasant and helpful. We would stay here again for short term only, a month or less.
| Weird
We stayed here a couple of nights because it was on of the less expensive places to stay in Mesa. It is VERY small and the sites are hard to get into. The manager and his wife are very nice to deal with but because of small tight spots would not go back. We stayed in our 41 ft motor home.
