| It's good - Not so good

Very old park. Definitely not big rig friendly. The short term spaces are very small, but pull through. Our slides were about 18 inches from our neighbor. There's lots of green grass and large Mulberry trees for shade. It's a self registration check in process. Find an open space, set up, fill out an envelope, put cash check or money order in it, and drop it in the slot. The park sits between the CA-99 and railroad tracks. The train horns are very loud during the night, and if it's a fully loaded train the ground vibrates as it passes through. There were six trains rolling through our first night here. We stayed 3 Nights.

| Nice for a night or two.

Self check in. Find a spot, fill out the form & drop the cash in the box. Stayed 3 nights, and never saw management. Tight spaces with lots of shade trees. Only drawback for me was no Wi-Fi. Only a few spots available. Most are permanent residents. RR tracks across the road, but only one or two trains every 24 hours. No businesses near-by. No on site store. Be fully stocked before you arrive. All in all, a good stay though.

| Very Small sites

By user-6094038... on 2017-10-23.

Older park, very small sites. Lots of mature plants, trees and grass. Everything is very tight I wouldn't call it big rig friendly. One bathroom and shower combo unit only. Four washers two driers worked well. Self check-in and registration drop payment in box no reservations...odd arrangement. Passport America was 20.00. Not a good value for full price.
