Reviews for The Villages at Turning Stone

| Never know it was owned by a casino

1/2 mile down the road from the Turning Stone Casino. Impeccably kept. Clean. Great landscaping. Nice area. All spots paved. Roads in campground are great. Can't say enough.

Family of 4 with 40 foot RV towing a car. Paved throughout park and sites. Sites are large with maturing trees. Great spot to bike and walk. Amenities very nice and clean. Excellent wifi. Would definitely recommend and we will be back!

What a great campground. Well maintained and large lots. We pull a 40' fifth wheel and plenty of room to park the truck right in front of camper. Right off the highway and very easy to get in and out of with camper. Lots of amenities, great wifi and a trolley to take you back and forth to the casino. We would stay here again!

| Beautiful place

This is a gorgeous, serene place with ponds, Canadian geese, nice wide paved sites. The only downside is the sound of a train blowing his horn. It's loud enough to hear in the distance, sort of a background rumble, but I did hear it at 4 am. The internet is great, the cable TV is awesome. We will stay here again!

Full hook up, large level sites, clean and well designed, heated pool and hot tub, one of the nicest in NY for the money. One of our favorite spots near home

| One of the nicest campgrounds

Really nice campground ranks up there with Ft. Wilderness at Disney. Clean, well maintained, well mowed. Lots of trails and activities to entertain your family. Level roads to ride bikes. Shuttle bus to the casino. Dog waste stations are numerous. Good wi-fi and lots of cable channels. For the quality of campground well worth the price.

Lots of room around you, grass with a fire pit and picnic table. All the sites are paved and level. Lots of shade trees and that was an issue for my satellite. They do have cable TV though. Beware, there are some train tracks nearby, and they blow their horns at the crossings. Not too bad, but you do hear it all day and all night. There are also some nice nature/hiking trails on site. The Deep Woods trial is a nice, about 1.5 miles round trip trail that starts at the Sedge Meadow Trail at one end or the Woods Edge Trail at the other end. It’s flat and meanders through the woods. Boardwalks keep you out of the mud most of the hike. We were here in late August and spent three nights, we didn’t use all the amenities, but based on the grounds, this place is quote clean and well taken care of. The Wi-Fi was very good. The check in staff was very friendly and helpful. The office is not well marked. So just park in the first parking lot on the left (before the stop sign) and the office is in the building. I would stay here again.

| Nice, roomy

By user-5322545... on 2017-10-23.

Stayed 1 night. Overpriced for what's available. Very roomy sites, wifi is great in park, not so much at the laundry. 2 of the 4 dryers were out of order. Our site, though paved, wasn't level. No amenities, there's plenty of room to build an indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub, play area for children. There is shuttle available to the Casino, but we didn't go. It would be nice if the Casino hotel amenities were available for use by RV park inhabitants. Nevertheless, we'd stay at this park again

Called ahead. They were closing, but told us to just pick a spot and we could pay in the morning. Very clean, paved roads and pads. We stayed here in a 43' RV and had plenty of room. 50 amp, water, sewer. One of the best!!

Beautiful RV park. Clean, quiet, nice grounds with walking trails, pool, club house, playground, etc. Convenient shuttle to casino which has large variety of restaurants. We tried Asian restaurant and the buffet and would recommend both.

| Nice Park

Beautiful driveway, office/store, and laundry visible as you enter. Aesthetics falls appreciably once inside. It's not bad, just noticed the difference. The pull through sites were long paved with asphalt. Ours was sloped, front to back and side to side, making leveling difficult. Noticed many other folks with blocks, etc. struggling to get level. Good location. Close access to Interstate, Erie Canal sites and casino. Would stay again.

Very clean park and facilities. Quiet, roomy, great employees. Could not get satellite reception from our spot, but good cable. Will definitely stay again.

Free parking, plenty of room, free shuttle to the casino. Some noise from 18-wheelers if the lot os busy. Walk to Sav-On market & Dunkin Donuts.
