Park beautiful spacious lots. Unfortunately cold showers and Laundry was far away from our site. Wifi only in family And adult lounge and slow at that. Way off the Beaten path. Also no one knew what was going on ranger thought we were someone else
We had paid to stay at this campground and unfortunately had to cancel. Once we canceled they said they were going to issue a refund. Months later no returned calls or refund. I have literally called this campground 20 times as well as the headquarters customer service. I have left my name with the attendant on duty multiple times, and still no return call. Every time I have spoken with them I have been really polite, so unfortunately I have to leave a bad review. If they have non-ethical business practice, it probably reflects their campground as well.
We had a beautiful quiet spot. Only stayed one night. Staff was nice. Reason for 3 stars? Sewer needed draining, pool under repair most of the summer, men's restroom on our B section was out of order.
