This is misleading as we found out it was a membership only. $525.00 for a year all inclusive for a total of 30 days of swimming, putt putt, horse shoe pits, etc.

I'm thankful we only paid for 3 nights. (That was too long) but it gave us 3 days to find a better park. This place is so run down. It must have been the best place to visit in the 70-80's and that's where it stayed. Looks as if $0 Is put into the "resort". Hardly seen any workers the entire 3 day stay. Amenities weren't nice or the doors were locked holding the putt putt stuff ect. Bigs everywhere dead indoors. Sites not cleaned in between guests. Extra fees $4 resort fee $3 50 amp fee a night. A mile walk to the lake?! Fishing/beach area awful.. they tried to sell us a membership as soon as we arrived picking our spot, and the front ladies weren't friendly. When I asked about Good sam discount she shook her head no despite having a big flag waving good sam. Will never return. Instead went a mile further down the road and I was 500ft from the water and a week at this other rv park (cedar mills) cost what 3 days at thousand trails. Save your money go elsewhere or roll the dice and you will have your own negative experience. I'll add the whole park felt "dead" the vibe the mood/atmosphere was dead and unpleasant.
