We can't say enough good things about this park......it's one of the best we have ever been to! Plenty of shade, easy to drive thru with our 35 ft Class A, clean restrooms and showers, next to Carmella Winery and nice little golf course, friendly camp host, ice and firewood available. The maintenance crew maintain the grounds like it is their personal yard, we were there one time and had a wind storm during the night and the next morning they were driving around in their carts picking up any branches that feel.
Forgot to mention the real nice museum with great info on the Oregon trail. Small town of Glens Ferry nearby with several grocery stores, a couple of places to eat, nice little bakery, and Carmella Winery has a restaurant within walking distance of the park.
This is a seriously beautiful spot! Rest rooms and showers were very clean. The grounds are stunning in part, no doubt, to having lots of water from the Snake River to use. I'm so glad we drove the extra 10 minutes to get off the expressway!
Highly recommend this park, very clean with beautiful views. Easy in/out for every size camper. Very quiet and nice place to walk your pets.
