| Great looking facility, great staff

By user-5274543... on 2017-10-23.

Was looking for an overnight spot. Being winter didn't expect the campground to be full, but it was. All RV sites full. The campground staff was great and said I could park in a tent site. After looking at the sites and knowing I'd have to unhook my boat I asked if I could park in a unused parking lot. Being a slow season the staff said they would assign me a tent spot, but would allow me to camp in the parking lot. Was great since just needed a flat space to stay the night.

| Worth the drive

New park, minor deterioration. Lots of elbow room. Nature boardwalk well done. Hot in July. Only stayed one night on the way to Florida. Should've stayed here longer. A definite return destination. 37'MH,towing Jeep.

| Nice sites

By user-6370664... on 2018-03-14.

Stayed for a single night after a late arrival. We were able to pre-pick site online (every site has picture), which was nice. Level paved sites, some with nice decks attached, and fire rings. Hookups are well placed in back corner of back-ins. Paving was a bit narrow for backing in at night with low visibility in rain, but doable. Park is well maintained and clean. We didn’t get to explore much in morning due to rain, but wouldn’t have a problem staying here again with the kids the next time we head through the area. 31’ C.
