| Good space and nice people
Only stayed here a couple of days, but really liked the staff here. They were very nice and helpful! It's in the middle of the desert... so set you expectations accordingly. However, the pull-throughs were roomy, the WiFi was good, and the pool was refreshing.

Mostly prefab homes, more like a desert parking lot, with view including rusty old construction equipment. Perhaps a drive-in in the 50s, now includes a runway...

Our group has been coming to this park 2-3 times a year for the past 4 years. They are so welcoming and helpful. The park is clean and well maintained and the staff goes out of their way to be helpful and make our stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend them.

Located in the town of Wellton, Arizona this family owned and operated park has unlimited things to do. Tier Drop R.V. Park is family owned and operated. We are located in a farming community in the Town of Wellton, Arizona. With 189 full hookup sites with access to the private telephone land lines or cable hookup at your expense. 60 full hookup pull through sites are for short term vistors. There are unlimited things to do if you have time to do them. For sport, the Town of Wellton has two 18-hole golf courses and there are areas to walk or bike nearby. Shuffleboard play is organized weekly. Organized golf play is every Wednesday.Tier Drop RV Park Horseshoe contests occur daily. Excersize classes are offered daily, either in the pool or recreation hall. We host evening card games, dominoes and fun bingo play. There are dances to 50's and Country and Western music. There are weekly non-denominational church services and bible study.
