They have an HOA rule that discriminates against any camper/trailer with canvas. They said if we extended we would be thrown out. We chose not to stay here.

| GORGEOUS place

This is one of the nicest parks I've seen. Beautifully landscaped, with HUGE sites--the back-ins are large enough that even this newbie can get my trailer in! All sites have full hook-ups with concrete pads, and the clubhouse has a really nice indoor pool with very clean showers, etc. They DO have a size restriction, but it is based on county zoning--not a management decision by the resort. Per the zoning, no tent camping, truck campers, pop ups (or any canvas sides), or conversion vans are allowed, and nothing under 20 of living space.

No real reason behind this...

They also have a size limit, if you have a trailer less than 20 feet long, they don't want you. You are not allowed to stay there, even if the trailer is brand new. I wish it would go under new management.

If you drive or pull junk don't bother. High class place.

| Pretty Nice but...

By user-6393429... on 2018-07-04.

Pretty nice but could be so much better, especially when you consider the cost. Some of the RV peeps who own their space do a terrific job...others, not so much. Seems like there is just a lot of deferred maintenance and at $80/night there really should not be. Also, too many park models now with more coming....almost as if they would be fine losing the RV spaces at some point. Not sure who is in charge but he/she needs to Crack the whip and make this place a five star place...as it is not that now. As far as location goes, some road noise but you can't beat the location.

We have stayed 3 full summers at Tiger Run beginning in 2009. We were very disappointed this past summer that the place has started to be run down. We are tennis buffs and it is obvious that not one dime has been spent on the tennis courts since 2009. Holes in the nets, dirt and sand all over the surface, which is in bad need of refinishing. The courts were not cleaned once during our 2 month stay even though it rained nearly every day and deposited sand on the court. Cassitas are fast replacing a number of the RV sites. Rules say that they are to be brought in to the park fully finished. However, that rule is being ignored and construction is ongoing every where. How would you like to pay $80 to rent a site for a day and have to listen to sawing and hammering all day long? Across the street from us a guy ran a planner from morning til night, the noise was deafening!. They just raised the rates by 25%, above what was already a very high rate. Save your money and stay somewhere else, we will not be coming back.

| Very Nice park

Very nice park. A bit expensive but comparable to other destination parks of similar quality. We've paid more for worse spots for sure. Big sites, good utilities and great landscaping. Couldn't ask for much more except maybe a few more restrooms (my only knock so far). Like many other owner parks they have HOA rules to limit what rigs are allowed which I've never been a fan of. If I were in my Lance TC they would still get 5 stars. There are 5 star restaurants that require a jacket I wouldn't deduct 4 stars just because I didn't wear one!

We booked a site for $115 a night. We have a nice 27" pull behind and were told our RV is against their HOA. They don't want normal people there, just folks who have spent 100k on a motorhome. Stay here if elitist jerks who don't take care of their grounds is the kind of people you like to mingle with!

| Beautiful Park!

By user-6627203... on 2018-07-04.

Spaces are concrete and ours included a swing and a fire pit. Park is family friendly and very clean. The scenery is beautiful and just a very short drive to downtown Breck. One of our favorites so far. We stayed in August so it was not hot and cool at night. Would definitely recommend.

I think it's a little overpriced and the television didn't work but is probably the second most beautiful little RV park we've ever been in

Nice park, clean, very pricey. Guess it might be ok if you were a full timer. Nice paved streets, friendly staff, close to Breckenridge and Frisco. They need street signs, better directions to get around park. Only one spot to dump trash, which we never found.

Not welcome.... we own the former Paul Newman owned RV... luxury Foretravel 33 ... vintage and all original but its a 1986... showroom condition with rosewood paneling and cabinetry and custom leather seating.... NOT welcome here... there are exceptions to the 20 year old rule for RV s with photos ... sent photos and denied again....
