This place has 90% full time residents staying here. We stayed 1 night and experienced a guy with 3 rifles and shooting them near the camp. He was a resident here too. After the sheriff paid him a visit, the guy and his friends, who also live here, got on their very loud motorcycles and left. Seriously, if you don't have to stay here, DON'T!!!

$25/night, $20 cable deposit, $40 to dump. A gravel lot with your neighbors so close you can touch them. No WiFi either. Find someplace else!

| Nice park but important things to know

Under new management the park is clean and a quite place to stay. Sites are roomy (after staying at many beach parks that were nothing more than parking lots for RVs) and the grounds are well maintained. However, some things you should know before staying here. Site information says is sewer available, but the sewer is NOT available at the site. There is a dump station located near the bathroom that is locked. I came in with full tanks (no sewer at my last stop) and, when I saw no sewer at site, I asked the park host where the closest sewer facility was and I was directed to a poop out service offered by someone in the park for $20. Later, I find out the blue boy next to the dump station is a community blue boy that can be used by anyone so I could have done my own tanks and done a better job at emptying than the service I paid for and done the job without spilling on the ground due to holes in the sewer pipe used by the service person. No sewer at site is an inconvenience for the resident RV ers and at least one trailer was dumping directly on the ground at their site. Showers are $.50 for 5 minutes, but I must say the bathrooms are some of the cleanest I ve ever seen. The park host was not very friendly or very helpful; seemed inconvenienced by customers asking questions. However, excellent information materials were given at checkin. Overall 4 stars.
