This is a relatively new park. Sites are mostly level and grassy. Some shaded. Sites are wide, easily accommodating slides. Interior paved roads, quiet yet convenient to I-75, shopping. Pool is small but looks inviting. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

This resort is about 3 years old really clean, well maintained, good size lots, easy access with friendly staff. FYI: They do not supply picnic tables at all sites. We would stay there again.

. Sites are mostly level and grassy. Some shaded. Sites are wide, easily accommodating slides. Interior paved roads, quiet yet convenient to I-75, shopping. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Had a smelly site near a beautiful pond. Not sure if it was a one time occurrence due to algae or ant killer placed on the ground nearby us. Could not sit out to enjoy the view. Would go back though, may be a one time thing.

We stayed 3 months and loved it. It's a new park, very well maintained, friendly staff. Picnic tables on all very roomy sites. Cable and wifi provided at additional cost. We found that using VZW and antenna were more than adequate. Free wifi is available at the very clean pool and clubhouse. Office, pool, and laundry closes at 5pm since they are all combined. Cleanest laundry ever seen with washers sanitized daily. The park is new . Ideally for couples looking for a clean well run friendly place to stay that close to everything.

The place is quiet, nice and clean, staff is super nice and helpful. It costs a little more than we are used to, for not having concrete pads, cable and the only wifi is at the pool and clubhouse. No late checkins which was not an issue for us this trip. It is a pretty setting right off the interstate.

They have a pool up front with a lot of highway noise. Sites are good size and plenty of shade. Roads are paved but sites are all simply grass. Even though they seem to drain well it is hard to keep the RV interior clean. Very friendly staff and well maintained. Would have rated it 5 star except they are overpriced for what they have.

| Resort? Hardly.

Stayed n our 45' Class A motorhome. Convenient to I75, Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, Tampa and Sarasota. Office, pool, restrooms, NO bathhouse, laundry on site. All close at 5pm. 1 dumpster @ front of property. All sites are a mixture of grass, dirt, sand. Bring a mat or rug, you'll need it. Constant effort to keep dirt/sand out of RV. Park-like setting, but highway noise is louder near front areas of the park. Utilities at rear of site may require extra hoses, etc. Roads are easy to navigate for big rigs. Check w staff if satellite is used, several sites have extensive shade.

If you are looking for somwhere to park in this area this is a good spot. Tracked in a bit of dirt, but otherwise all was well. We walked up to the front to drop our garbage when we walked the dog. nice picnic table on each site, but a concrete pad would have helped alot!
