This park is on the water, some of it, it is in shade trees, some of it. Most of the lots you are required to thread your unit between trees. The lots are very uneven and dirt. The pull-through lots are on a hill. No way to level. The best lots are for permanent parking This site says the park is $25.00, it's $40.00. You do have electric and water with a dump station. Would not use again.
