This RV park, with an unusual name was such a nice surprise. There was only one review. Check in was easy, our site (no. 49) was gravel with concrete pad and very level. The park was large(210 sites), nicely shaded and was really quiet and peaceful. Large pool, large clubhouse/shelter, many other amenities and planned activities for adults and children. We did not check out the bath house. I would have given a 5 star rating except for one incident. Using park water for laundry in our RV, everything white was turned a light tan. Looking at park water in a glass showed it to be quite discolored. Be cautious using this water. We would visit this park again in a heartbeat and would not hesitate to recommend it to others. We travel in a 40'Class A with tow.
Very nice park , nice shade trees on 80 percent of spots , little highway noise at back of park but that's only place you can hear it , very large pool nice kid park lots of activities , my son loved the fishing pond
We showed up in the middle of a storm after hours the last day of the off season. We were met within a few minutes by the manager. She was very friendly and gave us a few choices of pull ins. There was a lot of permanent campers! The bath house was very warm and clean. We stayed only one night. Perfect stay a very short distance off Route 70.
Stayed 5 days ,really nice , close to the very clean bath house. Nice large swimming pool. Quite most every night. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay here again. One of the nicest camp sites we've had this trip. Very nice laundry mat . Miniature golf and shuffle board ,pond for fishing . Looking for a nice place to camp check it out.
Big shady spots, and right next door to the Kentucky Horse Park. Would be 5 stars if it had tv and wifi.
Been to many places with no break for my brain. We stayed here to tour Wright Patterson AF Museum, about 30 minutes away. This is not a bad park, but with a little effort could be much better. Many seasonal and long termers. We called ahead, but arrived after the office closed. They had told us which spot, but left us nothing in writing, no map to the site, no bathroom code etc. It's a large park and my wife tried to find a site map online. As she was doing that, we were passed by two different "guards" in golf carts who just passed us by without looking or offering help. Finally a guest did stop and showed us where. Many "opportunities" to improve.
Nice park. Accommodated us even though the water was not officially "on" yet, they placed us in a site where normally a year round camper would be so we had water and at an off season discount.
Most of the park FT. All sites were very well kept. Park making improvements. some sites have no pad. Lots of trees. Close to Dayton and the Air force base. All that said We would NOT stay here again due to poor water quality. It had such afoul smell We didn't feel safe drinking it. At one point they had to shock their Well which made it undrinkable for 24 hrs. After that, it had a strong smell of Chlorine. Such ashame because We would stay again otherwise.
We stay overnight and would stay again. Lots for the kids to do. A lot of full timers but it is a large park.
