Reviews for Town & Country RV Park and Campground

| Nice Park

It was a nice little park. We had a nice spot in the trees. Plenty of space. Electric and water, dump station available. We were there closing weekend. WiFi was poor

| Easy city location

Getting in and out of twin cities easy from here. Pull through 50 amp full hook up. Paved and gravel. Sites are close and tight but we were able to pull Class A with toad through. Lovely campground facilities, staff quite nice.

| SMALL lots, train/highway noise, DO NOT RECOMMEND

Check in went well-- staff is very nice and accommodating BUT please know that spots are RIDICULOUSLY small/tight-- I could almost touch 3 other rigs from our picnic table. Most residents are seasonal and while some were friendly, they mostly kept to themselves. Train noise was fairly loud and occurred as early as 5/6AM, highway noise was not as loud, but still occurred. Pool was nice, but very small. All in all, other than location, I can't recommend, especially at nearly $70/night (which included upcharges for kids/dogs)-- we only booked here as we didn't have any other local options for a last minute camping weekend. Also, the owner's sister (lives on site) was TRULY AWFUL-- yelled at my husband for walking our dog on her property (there were NO signs to suggest/warn not to, she literally lives IN the park, nor did our dog pee/poo on her lawn, he literally only walked there)-- and then she complained about our dogs making noise (twice, during the day, while they were inside our rig fully supervised and making zero noise)-- the staff member apologized that he had to respond to the complaint and hinted strongly that she wasn't reasonable. It IS a great/convenient location but we prefer larger spots and somewhere that a single stray bark during the day won't elicit a noise compliant and without train/road noise, especially when it is nearly double the price that we typically pay at other parks.
