It is a trailer park within a neighborhood. Loud cars with no mufflers fly by hourly. The place has only one street. Not sure how 5th wheels could turn around if park is full. We were instructed that we were to close to the patio on our spot. They didn't want the concrete damaged, they said. Funny thing was, the patio was all broke up already and we never even came close to it! No bathhouse, just a small 2 bathroom building. No laundry room. Wi-fi did not work the first 4 days we were there and then when it did, it is for email only. We had guests come visit us for an evening and we were watched like we were teenagers. All of 4 us were over 50. Every move we made was watched. They live in the house in the middle of the place. Owners even commented to us about our friends visiting. It was just creepy. The spot next to us is used for the owners sons personal parking spot. The place is old and mostly permanent residents. At nearly $300 for the week, we were surely disappointed. We will not be back.

Summer in the mountains with no advance reservations you take what you can find. Campground is shady, quiet with wide spots and secure WiFi. It was rainy when we were there and the jacks sank in the dirt/gravel. There is only a single lane for in and out but not much traffic. It is located in an older residential/commercial neighborhood but convenient to all the major roads. Owners are on site and helpful.
